The beginning
Hi there, my name is Jon and I find creative solutions to problems in the classroom and in the digital world.
About
After graduating with a degree in engineering in 2004, I spent some time volunteering at an outdoor centre. This became a 4 year role involving becoming a qualified senior instructor and working predominantly primary age children.
This led to my retraining as a classroom teacher. In 2013 I started with my first class and in 2015 took an the ICT coordinator alongside my classroom responsibilities. This developed in 2019 into a MAT wide management position covering both curriculum delivery and the trust's digital presence and compliance.
